Building upon the team’s research achievements in enhancing the intrinsic material stability of perovskites published in Nature Energy, the recent milestone progress on large-area fabrication technology under ambient conditions reported in Science enables the gradual refinement of a technical research roadmap covering “highly stable materials — uniform film formation — scalable modules”. This offers vital support for advancing the industrialization of perovskite photovoltaics.
Supported by the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Major Scientific Research Instrument Development Project, this series of studies embodies Nanchang University’s continuous efforts in fundamental research on new energy materials and its initiative to align with and serve Jiangxi Provincial “1269” Action Plan. The findings are expected to lend scientific and technological support to Jiangxi’s endeavor to build a national hub for the emerging photovoltaic industry.
